About the Walking Track
Head west from Doonside Station to the Colebee Centre and head north around the northern section of Nurragingy Reserve to return to the start where you walk around Chang Lai Yuan Gardens to the southern section of the park. Head south under the railway to Eastern Road and swing west along this road to the traffic lights into Western Sydney Parklands. Follow the Parkland Trail south to the second junction and head east across the Yellow Bridge to the northern carpark. Head south to walk around the enormous playground and picnic areas to Doonside Road.
Public Transport
T1 train from Central to Doonside Station. The walk starts at the station. Return by 729 bus to Blacktown station and T1 train from this station. A trip planner is available from Transport NSW web site.
